Weihenstephaner Original on the agenda today and I am writing this from my Droid X in the line for security at JFK. I’ll write the post and let the Droid autocorrect everything and then correct it in parenthesis post edit.

These Weihenstephaner beers comings (continue) to impress me. I haven’t had every one in their lineup, but if you see these in stores, buy them.

Oh crap – they just called for the electronics to be turned off… The blog post will be updated later!

Later that day…

Back on land and full. Just had a bunch of figs on a plate. If you get that, you know I’m in San Francisco. I’m in The Mission District. I don’t know how much of The Mission District to capitalize, so I just capitalized the whole thing. I don’t think anyone is worried. I’m leaving for a two week vacation in September, and I have to get fourteen videos done in advance of the trip, probably fifteen to cover the travel days. I was struggling to get today’s done seconds before I got on the plane. I need to recommit to kicking ass.

There was a time back when I worked in outbound phone sales where I just hammered that mothereffin’ phone all day long. You couldn’t stop me – I effin’ dominated. I was following a set of rituals every day, one of them which I felt worked particularly well was the affirmation. I kept that going for maybe five months and made more money in six months than I had in any year prior to that. Then I did it again in mortgage sales, and made that same cash. Then I fell out, got a little down on myself about missing a few days, stopped being accountable to my life coach. Yeah, I had a life coach for a while and after six or seven months, he fired me! I must have been pathetic for those last couple of conversations because I would have fired that unaccountable jerk, too.

Today, I’m recommitting to affirmations. You won’t see too much of a difference in the photographic quality of the videos, but they’ll be more interesting, have more information about the brewery and the history of the beer, and they’ll be educational as well. I’m going to be learning a lot more about beer in this journey and I hope to take a bunch of you along with me.

Thanks for hangin’ in there with me while we work out the kinks!
